Kindle Fire Goes to Survey Participant

ONTARIO, Calif.--Stephen Bauer of Bauer Feed in Ingram, Texas, is the happy recipient of a Kindle Fire, courtesy of Personnel Concepts, in appreciation for his participation in a recent customer service survey held online.

The survey was conducted in early July for all Personnel Concepts customers with e-mail addresses on file. Various questions were asked concerning customer service, all designed to improve our customers' overall experience and satisfaction.

"This time we wanted to get a broad gauge of all our customers and see where we excelt and where we need to improve," said Robert Leland III, Personnel Concepts director of research, whose department devised the survey and tabulated the results. "We are currently reviewing the results and devising goals and benchmarks for further modifications and improvements in our customer service and product fulfillment."
